After throwing major shade at Rihanna for her nearly nude CFDA Awards dress, T-Boz from ’90s girl group TLC is apologizing — kind of.

The saga began when TLC’s T-Boz, 44, and Chilli, 43, dissed Rihanna, 26, on Channel 7′s Sunrise (a morning show in Australia) on June 6. The R&B duo were NOT fans of the sheer Adam Selman gown Rihanna rocked at the CFDA Awards on June 2. “Every time I see you, you don’t have to be naked,” T-Boz quipped on camera. Ouch! T-Boz is now retreating on what she said — and WHO she said it about!
